I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have supported me throughout this journey. To the individuals who stood by me with encouragement, kindness, and patience, your presence has been invaluable. Your belief in me, often when I struggled to believe in myself, gave me the strength and motivation to persevere.
Equally, I extend my gratitude to those who have, knowingly or unknowingly, made my path more difficult. The challenges and obstacles you presented pushed me beyond my limits and forced me to grow in ways I could not have anticipated. As noted by Tedeschi and Calhoun (2004), adversity often acts as a catalyst for profound personal development — a concept known as post-traumatic growth. Without these moments of struggle, I might not have discovered the resilience, determination, and clarity of purpose that now guide me.
In both encouragement and adversity, you have made a difference in my life. As Emmons and McCullough (2003) suggest, cultivating gratitude allows us to reframe difficult experiences as opportunities for growth and transformation. I am genuinely thankful to all of you — those who lifted me, and those who tested my resolve. You have each played a role in shaping the person I have become.
